Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. West Ave Animal Hospital is an independent practice, and we’re currently welcoming new clients in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, and Highland Beach.

How do I receive $50 off my 1st exam?

All new patients who spend at least $100 on their 1st exam will automatically receive $50 off. Offer valid once per new pet.

Do you really make house calls?

Yes. Dr. Gordon handles house calls for routine care, including wellness exams, vaccines, and blood work, within about 10 miles of our Delray Beach clinic, by appointment only.

Another vet already told us nothing more could be done. Is it worth calling you?

Often, yes. Dr. Posner has taken on complicated cases that other practices had already given up on. We believe it’s always worth a second opinion.

What’s included in the first exam?

A full hands on exam with Dr. Posner or Dr. Gordon, where they’ll check your pet from nose to tail and talk through anything they find. Vaccines, bloodwork, and other services are available too, and priced separately from the exam itself.

How long does the visit take?

Most first exams take about 30 to 45 minutes. That gives enough time to go over your pet’s history and answer your questions, not just rush through a checklist.
