Everyone here is attentive and friendly and knows their stuff. Would highly recommend them to anyone. They offer boarding and grooming(Who is also AMAZING!!!!!! What can a telehealth visit actually handle?

Quick questions, follow ups, medication concerns, behavior questions, and figuring out if something needs an in person visit. If your pet needs bloodwork, vaccines, or a hands on exam, we’ll get you scheduled for that too.

How do I schedule a telehealth appointment?

Simply call our office at (561) 921-1408, let us know how you found our telehealth option as well as what’s going on, and depending on the situation, we’ll either schedule your telehealth appointment with Dr. Posner or Dr. Gordon, or ask that you come in so we can physically examine your pet.

How long is a telehealth appointment?

Our teleheath appointments are 15 minute.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. West Ave Animal Hospital is an independent practice, and we’re currently welcoming new clients in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, and Highland Beach.

Do you really make house calls?

Yes. Dr. Gordon handles house calls for routine care, including wellness exams, vaccines, and blood work, within about 10 miles of our Delray Beach clinic, by appointment only.

Often, yes. Dr. Posner has taken on complicated cases that other practices had already given up on. We believe it’s always worth a second opinion.
